Refund Policy

At Esha Clothing Official, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Instead, we provide an exchange option subject to the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Request Window

All exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Include the following:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for exchange

  • Unboxing video or clear photos (if applicable)

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • The product must pass our quality inspection upon return

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-measure products

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional periods

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery

Exchange Process

  • Once the returned product passes inspection, we will dispatch the replacement item.

  • A shipping fee of ₹100 INR (or equivalent in local currency) is applicable for all exchange orders.

  • If the requested product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for future purchases on our website.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers must arrange and bear the cost of return shipping using a reliable courier.
We do not provide pickup services for exchanges at this time.

International Orders

International customers must also initiate exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery.
All courier charges (both ways) must be prepaid by the customer.
If store credit is issued, it will be provided in the applicable local currency (USD, EUR, GBP, AED, AUD, NZD, or QAR).

Important Notes

  • No exchange will be processed without prior approval from our customer care team.

  • Items failing our quality check (used, damaged, or altered) will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

  • Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
