• All our clothing products are either made-to-order or carefully curated.
• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled after 12 hours.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock limitations, production delays, or technical errors.
2. Global Pricing & Currency
• We offer international pricing in the following currencies:
o INR – India
o EUR – Europe
o GBP – United Kingdom
o AED – United Arab Emirates
o AUD – Australia
o NZD – New Zealand
o QAR (Qatari Riyal) – Qatar
o For all other countries, prices are shown in USD.
• Final pricing includes applicable local taxes, duties (if applicable), and shipping.
3. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
• We ship worldwide.
• Standard delivery time for clothing items is 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location.
• In rare cases of production delay, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
4. Returns & Exchanges
• Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
• Return shipping is to be arranged by the customer using a reliable courier service.
• Exchange shipping charges of INR ₹100 (or international equivalent) are to be paid by the customer.
• Once returned items pass our quality check:
o Exchanges will be processed and dispatched.
o Returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only.
5. Non-Returnable Items
• Products purchased on sale, discounted items, or customized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
